Diane Porter

Diane Porter has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. She is currently the Senior Vice President, Director of Financial Crimes and BSA Officer at Bangor Savings Bank, a New England-based community bank with over $7 billion in assets and 70 branches. She oversees all aspects of the Financial Crimes compliance program, including BSA/AML, OFAC, and Fraud Management.

Diane earned her MBA with a concentration in Risk Management from Husson University. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified AML Fintech Compliance Associate (CAFCA), Certified AML and Fraud Professional (CAFP), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She is also a 2023 graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy.

In addition to her work with the Maine Chapter of the ACFE, Diane currently serves on the American Bankers Association’s AML and Fraud School Advisory Board, a member of the AML and Fraud School faculty, and a member of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association. She has been a moderator, speaker, and panelist at industry-related events, serving as a subject matter expert.


Cassandra (Cass) Robb

Cassandra (Cass) Robb is the BSA Officer at Camden National Bank in Maine. She has been working in the banking industry for over 26 years, with the past 15 years focused on the fight against financial crime. Cass has a master’s degree in business management with a concentration in Risk Management from Husson University in Bangor, Maine.

She is both a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, Certified AML and Fraud Professional, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She is a board member for the American Bankers Association AML and Fraud School, as well as the Secretary for the newly formed Maine Chapter of the ACFE. Cass is also part of the FBI Citizen’s Academy’s Alumni Association. She resides in Old Town, Maine with her husband and two teenage children. She also has two grown children.

Josh Leighton

Josh Leighton has six years’ experience in federal law enforcement as a fraud investigator, and six years’ experience working for multinational corporations in audit and risk management, including internal fraud investigations.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Internal Auditor.  He has led multiple investigative committees comprised of federal, state, and local law enforcement. 

Josh loves to stay active and is a competitive pickleball player.  Although he loves his career and pickleball, fatherhood is Josh’s favorite adventure as he enjoys spending time with his wife and little girl. 

Vanessa Maybury

Vanessa is a Senior Manager at BerryDunn in their Government Assurance Practice Group and co-leads the firm’s Compliance and Risk Management practice. She leads projects that focus on the evaluation and assessment of compliance, internal controls, and fraud risk. Vanessa specializes in fraud risk assessments, financial process improvement, fraud investigations, and programmatic, IT control, performance, and forensic auditing.

Matthew Witten

Matthew Witten (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, GSTRT, GLEG) is currently the Senior Vice President and Senior Information Security Officer at Camden National Bank where he leads the cybersecurity, third-party risk management, business resiliency, and AI governance strategies. Named a “Top 100 CISOs in the U.S. and Canada” in 2025 and 2026, Matthew brings over 20 years of information security expertise across healthcare, finance, government, and higher education sectors.


In addition to the ACFE Maine Chapter, Matthew serves on the boards of Goodwill Northern New England and Creative Works Systems, providing IT and cybersecurity expertise to non-profit organizations. He holds an MBA and multiple industry certifications and was recognized by the SANS Institute as one of the "People Who Made a Difference in Cybersecurity" in 2018.



Shelby Schreiber

Shelby Schreiber has seven years' experience in state government, of which five have been conducting audits and fraud investigations. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor in fraud examination and a master's degree in forensic accounting.

Shelby is a Certified Fraud Examiner and currently sitting to become a Certified Internal Auditor. She loves spending time outside, hiking and paddleboarding. 

Jon P. Klerowski, CPA, CFE, ABV

Partner, PKF O’Connor Davies

Jon is a partner with PKFOD, a certified public accounting and business consulting firm. Jon is a CPA, CFE, and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA. Jon has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, forensic accounting, valuation and complex business litigation. In PKFOD’s Business Advisory Group, Jon advises client executive management, Boards of Directors and their counsel on accounting, financial reporting and modeling, business valuation and forensic accounting matters. 

He assists legal counsel on various cases such as regulatory investigations, complex accounting, white-collar defense matters, corporate governance investigations, and various business dispute matters, including damages analyses, lost profits and purchase price disputes. Jon also assists counsel in analyzing various accounting, financial and valuation issues in support of shareholder and matrimonial disputes, oftentimes in state or probate court.

Jon also has significant experience preparing business valuations, both routinely for clients’ strategic and tax planning purposes, as well as for litigation or dispute resolution matters. Jon has provided expert witness testimony, appeared before the SEC to present investigative findings and assisted companies with multi-year financial statement restatements, international Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) fair value matters and matters involving the False Claims Act.
